A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the April 25, 2002 Special Master Hearing as submitted. Be Fine Imposition Hearings: Case No. 02-04-40 Elizabeth M. Ciancio Gansburg 510 North Dover Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Jupiter in the Pines Section B Lot 4, Blk 16 60-420-25-06-0116-0040 Nature of Violation: Repeat Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Section 4-7 (b)(b) -Animals Creating Nuisance, Page 257 • • Special Master Hearing May 23, 20E}2 Page 2 The Respondent, Elizabeth M. Ciancio, was present at the hearing and testified she was divorced and no longer used the name Gansburg. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 4-7(a)(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Elizabeth M. Ciancio Gansburg shall comply with Section 4-7~a)(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26t day of May, 2002. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien. against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Sfatutes for the original amount. • C. Alan Welles. The Tequesta Code • Enforcement Officer testified to and produced photographs of the violation. Special Master Hearing • May 23, 2002 Page 3 • Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 104.1.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent JMW Construction Corp & L Place Properties Limited shall comply with Section 104.1.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 5th day of June, 2002. If respondent does not comply by the time specified, a fine of one-hundred-fifty dollars ($150.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. The Tequesta Code Inspector testified to and produced photographs of the violation, Conclusion of law was that Respondents are not in violation of Section 603(a)(b) and Section 10-18 (a)(b)(c) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Frank and Mary Merola, are not in violation of Section 6-3(a)(b) and Section 10-18(a)(b)(c) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A status hearing wilt be held before the Special Master on the 24th day of October, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wachovia Bank Building, 250 Tequesta Drive, Suite 300, Tequesta, Florida. 20f}2. • Case No. 02-04-28 Steven A. Gumina, was not present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer requested that this case be continued.. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that this matter is to be continued and a Hearing wilt be held before the Special Master on the 27th day of June, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wachovia Bank Building, 250 Tequesta Drive, Suite 300, Tequesta, Florida. 2002. • Case No. 02-04-37 Cynthia George 130 Fairview VNest Tequesta, FL 33469 Legal: TEQUESTA LT 547 60-42-40-26-01-000-5470 Violation of Section 355(X)(K)(2), Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta Page 1184 -Temporary Storage Containers Prohibited The Respondent, Cynthia George, was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced photographs of the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 355 (X)(K)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Cynthia George, shall comply with Section 355 (X)(K)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 24th day of May, 2002. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced photographs of the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 355 (X)(K)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, ALS Holdings, Inc., shall comply with Section 355 (X)(K)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 24th day of May, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of two-hundred-fifty Dollars ($250.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
