SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING
MINUTES
March 28, 2002
PRESENT: Special Master Paulette Torcivia; Code Enforcement Officer Sy Steinsaltz;
Recording Secretary Betty Laur.
The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M,
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the
February 28, 2002 as amended by minor changes noted by the Code
Enforcement Officer.

The Respondent, Danny J. Mingle, was not present at the hearing; however,
there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R-
1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Danny J. Mingle
shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March,
2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of
seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the
violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in
the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall
constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the
violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the
Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statufes for the origina! amount.

Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Wade B. Harrouff
shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March,
2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation
continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a
lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation
existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the
Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.

Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R-
1-A, 464(X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Roberta Lopardo
shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464(X)(L)(3), by 5:00 p.m. on the
30th day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time
specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for
each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be
recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once
recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount
upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property

there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R-
1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Peter A. Zecca,
shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March,
2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of
seventy five dollars ($75.00} per day shall be assessed for each day the
violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in
the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall
