The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M, A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the February 28, 2002 as amended by minor changes noted by the Code Enforcement Officer. B C Fine Imposition Hearings: None Violation Hearings: Case No. 02-01-10 Danny J. Mingle 305 Country Club Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Tequesta LT 213 60-42-40-25-01-000-27 30 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), Page 1185 • Special Master Hearing March 28, 2002 Page 2 The Respondent, Danny J. Mingle, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R- 1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Danny J. Mingle shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statufes for the origina! amount. Case No. 02-02-30 02-03-18 The Respondent, Wade B. Harrouff, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Wade B. Harrouff 257 River Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Tequesta Lot 68 8< S 5 Ft of Lot 69 60-42-40-26-01-000-0680 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), Page 1185 Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R- 1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. • Special Master Hearing March 28, 2002 Page 3 Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Wade B. Harrouff shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Case No. 02-02-31 Roberto Lopardo 83 Yacht Club Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: 60-42-40-26-01-000-5130 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), Page 1185 The Respondent, Roberto Lopardo, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R- 1-A, 464(X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking APP A, X-(L)(2), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Lori Masen shall comply with Restricted Parking APP A, X-(L)(2), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2002n If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R- 1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Zecca, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking R- 1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Peter A. Zecca, shall comply with Restricted Parking R-1-A, 464 (X)(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00} per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Neill, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Restricted Parking APP A, X-(L)(2), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Eddie A. Neill shall comply with Restricted Parking APP A, X-(L)(2), of the Code of Ordinances of • the Village of Tequesta, by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2002.
