The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M. A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the January 24, 2002 as amended by the completion of the word "Tequesta" on page 4. Wagner 164 Country Club Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Tequesta in the Pines 60-42-40-25-12-002-0180 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Sec. 355 (X)(L)2b Parking of Recreational Vehicles nt~~,~ .~~z,~ ~3,~~._:~ • The Respondent, Tracy A. Wagner, was present at the hearing and accompanied by Joseph Dobbins. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced photographs of the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 355(X)(L)2b, Parking of Recreational Vehicles, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Tracy A. Wagner shall comply with Section 355(X)(L)2b, Parking of Recreational Vehicles, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by the 2"d day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall cons#itute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Carter, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 355(X)(L) 1,2, Parking of Recreational Vehicle, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Hearing • February 28, 2002 Page 3 Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Kevin P Carter shall comply with Section 355(X)(L)1,2, Parking of Recreational Vehicle, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by the 2"d day of March, 2002. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 464(X)(L)3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Alice Stark shall comply with Section 355(X)(L)3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, by the 2"d day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the properly of the original amount upon which the • violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Syler, Jr., was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 464(X)(L)3, • Restricted Parking R-1-A, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Robert L. Syler, Jr., shall comply with Section 355(X)(L)3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, by the 2"d day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75,00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 12-1 (b)(5), Noise Violation, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Dorothy Sparks shall comply with Section 12-1(b)(5), Noise Violation, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 2"tl day of March, 2002. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Elizabeth M. Gansburg shall comply with Section 4-7(a)(b), Animals Creating Nuisance, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 2"d day of March, 2002. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 355(X)(L)(2)(b), Restricted Parking, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Chris Panebianco shall comply with Section 355(X)(L)3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, by the 2"d day of March, 2002. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Section 464(X)(L) 3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent Kirk Dunteman shall comply with Section 464(X)(L) 3, Restricted Parking R-1-A, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by the 2"d day of March, 2002.
