SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUESTED: "indoor amusements" use in the C-2 Zoning District pursuant to
Section 78-177{dx6).
ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION
This cause came on to be heard upon the above application and the Tequesta Village Council having
considered the evidence presented by the applicants and other interested persons at a hearing called and
properly noticed, and the Tequesta Village Council, being otherwise duly advised,
THEREUPON, THE TEQUESTA VILLAGE COUNCIL FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The subject properly is located in the C-2 Zoning District in the Village of Tequesta.
2. The applicant has submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of
Ordinances.
3. The application and all supporting documentation and presentation materials as
reviewed by the Village Council at its May 8, 2008 meeting, and as kept on file by the
Village, are made a part hereof and are hereby incorporated by reference.
4. According to Section 7& 177(dx6) of the Village Zoning Code, the use of the property
for the purposes set forth above and in the application, supporting documentation and
presentation materials which have been made a part hereof, is prohibited without a
special exception.

5. The applicant has applied for a special exception in accordance with the requirements of
Sectians 78-361 through 78-369 of the Village Zoning Code to allow the proposed
special exception use of "indoor amusements" on the properly described. above in the C-
2Zoning District.
6. The indoor amusement use is proposed to consist of two (2) indoor climate controlled
stadiums, 3,000 sq. ft. f each, filled with giant inflatable play structures with additional
play equipment and an air hockey table in each stadium. Additionally, there will be no
more than three (3) video arcade games located in the lobby and two {2) party rooms
with picnic tables to accommodate party events, primarily for children.
7. Under the provisions of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village Council has the
right, power and authority to act upon the request herein made.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The application for Special Exception Case No. SE 08-1, with reference to the above described
property within the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, to permit "indoor amusements" as
a special exception use in the C-2 Zoning District to allow the following:
two (2) indoor climate controlled stadiums, 3,000 sq. ft. f each, filled with
giant inflatable play structures with additional play equipment and an air
hockey table in each stadium along with no more than three {3}video/arcade
games located in the lobby and two (2) party rooms with picnic tables to
accommodate party events, primarily for children
is hereby APPROVED since the Village Council hereby finds that the applicant has met the
standards set forth in Sections 78-362 and 78-363 of the Tequesta Zoning Code for special exception

review, subject to the following conditions in accordance with Section 78-364 of the Tequesta Zoning
Code.
1. The maximum number of videoiarcade games allowed is three (3).
2. Hours of operation allowed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Sunday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.;Saturday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
3. No alcoholic beverages allowed on premises.
* The term Aapplicant(s)_ as used herein shall include all successors and assigns.
* The applicant's= special exception approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building
permit has been obtained in accordance with X78-367. If the building permit expires or is voided, the
special exception approval also expires or becomes void.
