toe,
Today I responded to 19 Shay Place, where I met with the homeowner, who advised that raw sewage is running onto the
ground at the property behind him (Paul Sherman's residence on Seabrook Road). I looked at it and it is obvious that
some type of sewage is running onto the ground and appears to be from the rear building on the property. The
homeowner at 19 Shay advised that you have his permission to go onto his property to evaluate the complaint. FYI it is
easily observable from the Northwest corner of his property at the fence line. Thanks!
