I will ask the brokers to provide us with a 1 year invoice as we only have funds for 1 year in the current budget. I would recommend that the Boards be asked to consider budgeting for 2 year renewals in the future. Unfortunately this is Travelers invoice. The policy is being issued on a two-year basis so the rate could be locked in for the 2009-2010 term. Please advise if a Gehring Group annual invoice will suffice should the pension board require an invoice to show just the 1 year premium. The 08/09 premium is 1.38% lower than 2006/07 which was $4,196. Last year saw a 4.59'o reduction. The brokers are responsible for reviewing the market and the current available costs and making their recommendations. It's a little too late for this year, but If the Boards need to get quotes from other companies for next year, I can arrange for this. It's 1 policy so both plans will both have to agree on 1 or 2 year renewal at a time.
