RESOLUTION NO. 62-01/02
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCII. OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC SAFETY MEMORIAL
RESERVE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCUMULATING
FUNDS FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A
POLICE AND FIRE MEMORIAL TO BE LOCATED AT THE
NEW PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Finance Department is hereby directed to establish a reserve
account, the Public Safety Memorial Reserve.
Section 2: The Public Safety Memorial Reserve will accumulate funds to finance
the design and construction of a Police and Fire Memorial to be located at the new
Public Safety Facility.
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilmember von Frank, who moved
its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Capretta, and upon being
put to vote, the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and adopted this 11th day
of July, 2002.
