HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution_61-01/02_07/11/2002RESOLUTION NO. 61-01/02 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORH)A, DECLARING OCTOBER 19, 2002 AS A DAY OF ' CELEBRATION AND DEDICATION OF THE NEW PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY, RECOGNIZING THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS, AND ENCOURAGING ALL RESIDENTS TO BE PRESENT FOR THE OPENING OF THIS HALLMARK FACILITY AT 10:00 A.M. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida: Section 1: October 19, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. is set for the dedication of the New Public Safety Facility; 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida; and Section 2: The Police and Fire Departments have gone above and beyond the call of duty, carefully planning, designing and following up on sections of the Facility enabling it to be state-of--the-art, efficient and adherent to a construction schedule; and Section 3: The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta would like to encourage all residents to be present for the opening of this facility, so they can share something they will be proud of. The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilmember von Frank, who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Resnik, and upon being put to vote, the vote was as follows: FOR ADOPTION Geraldine A. Genco Joseph N. Capretta Basil E. Dalack Edward D.
