Home My WebLink AboutResolution_13-01/02_11/08/2001• RESOLUTION NO.13 - 01/02 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DWAL FORD, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES IN THE AMOUNT OF $125,623, HAVING A FY 2002 BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $142,100, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Proposals from Duval Ford of Jacksonville, Florida, in the amount of $125,623, attached hereto as Exhibits "A" "B" "C" "D" and "E" and incorporated by reference as part of this Resolution is hereby approved, and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the applicable contract on behalf of the Village of Tequesta. vote was as follows: THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember von Frank, who moved its adoption.
