Gt of 'fv v'`x L, # 4: Workshop STAFF MEMO ' cnVM.+ Meeting: Workshop - Sep 30 2019 Staff Contact: Jeremy Allen, Village Manager Department: Manager TITLE Presentation of Proposed 2019 Citizen Survey SUMMARY: The last time a citizen survey was completed by the Village was in 2007. I have tweaked that survey to meet today's issues and added a community center component. The survey will go live on the Village's website on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 and will be available through Friday, October 18, 2019. The survey will be communicated via the following medians: • Website Latest News • Phone call, email and text messages to those who have signed up for CodeRED (10/1, 10/15) • Friday Messages via email and text messages to those who have signed up for CodeRED (10/4, 10/11, and 10/18) • The Clerk's Office will attend the 10/4/19 Food Truck Pow Wow and National Night Out event with laptops for residents to complete the survey • Social Media (Facebook and Twitter) • The Clerk's Office will send a copy, via email, to the HOA Presidents asking them to encourage their residents to complete the survey • Lawn Banners (signage in front of Village Hall, at A1A and Country Club) from 10/7 - 10/18 • Hard copies will be available at the Food Truck Pow Wow and National Night Out event and in the lobby of Village Hall • A QR Code will be generated and included on marketing materials Additional Information: • Survey link is: https://www.surveymonkey.com/rNOTSurvey2019 (survey is not live yet therefore the link is broken) • Survey can only be taken once from the same device • Survey will only be completed by incorporated Tequesta residents (if they respond "No" to the resident question, they will be taken to a thank you for responding page rather than to the next page in the survey • Addresses provided will be compared with Village addresses to ensure only VOT incorporated residents responses are calculated • Respondents will get a thank you page upon completing the survey.
