RESOLUTION NO. 51-19, A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING AND INCREASING THE 2019/2020 GENERAL FUND #001
BUDGET BY $30,736.00, THE 2019/2020 WATER FUND #401 BUDGET BY $668,907.00, THE
2019/2020 STORMWATER #403 BUDGET BY $32,675.00 AND THE 2019/2020 SPECIAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND #605 BUDGET BY $2,296.00 BY APPROPIATING FUND
BALANCE AND INCREASING EXPENDITURES AS SPECIFIED IN THE ATTACHED "EXHIBIT A"
SUMMARY:
$734,612.19 of the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Budget remained encumbered at fiscal year-end 09/30/19
for projects that were approved and funded but not completed. Staff is requesting that the remaining
encumbered funds be rolled forward to fund the completion of the projects in Fiscal Year 2019/2020.
POTENTIAL MOTION / DIRECTION REQUESTED:
mend and increase the 2019/2020 General Fund #001 Budget by $30,736.00, the 2019/2020 Water
Fund #401 Budget by $668,907.00, the 2019/2020 Stormwater Fund #403 Budget by $32,675.00 and
the 2019/2020 Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund #605 Budget by $2,296.00 by amending
expenditures as specified in the attached "Exhibit A".

PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, $734,612.19 of the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Budget remained encumbered at

and,
WHEREAS, staff is requesting that the remaining encumbered funds be rolled forward
to fund the completion of the projects in fiscal year 2019/2020.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
• VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 Resolution No. 51-19, amending and increasing the 2019/2020 General
Fund #001 Budget by $30,736.00, the 2019/2020 Water Fund #401 Budget by
$668,907.00, the 2019/2020 Stormwater Fund #403 Budget by $32,675.00 and the
2019/2020 Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund#605 Budget by$2,296.00 by amending
expenditures as specified in the attached"Exhibit A"is hereby approved;
Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
