Discuss the Sale of ROW (Right -of -Way) 30-40-43, W 50 FT STRIP OF FEC RY R/W LYG S OF &
ADJ TO TEQUESTA DRIVE R/W & E OF & ADJ TO P1326P19.
Mr. George Gentile with Gentile Glass Holloway O';Mahoney & Associates, Inc representing Dr.
Steve Pullen has inquired about the use of the property listed. The intent would be to use the area
listed as parking for their business on Cypress Rd.
The listed property does not have any utilities in the ROW (right-of-way) strip. Furthermore no known
restrictions exist. Currently the Village maintains this property.
Staff would recommend the sale of the property through the property listing process designated by
code. In the approval process we would ask the buyer of such property to have an approved site plan
with a landscaping buffer.
