Meeting with Palm Beach County Staff — 12/6/2019 Regarding the potential annexation of unincorporated enclave areas, Village Staff (Mr. Jeremy Allen and Ms. Nilsa Zacarias) met with the staff of Palm Beach County Planning Division on December 6, 2019. The PB County staff that attended the meeting includes Patricia Behn, Planning Director; Kevin Fisher, Deputy Planning Director; Stephanie Gregory and Nicole Delsoin from the Intergovernmental Section. The subject meeting addressed the following: - Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County (PBC) to annex an enclave area - Required information to provide to PBC - Meeting with residents of the enclave area to provide information 2. Process of an Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County (PBC) to Annex an Enclave A. Village Staff send to PBC Planning Division the following documents: (1) Interlocal Agreement (2) Information Sheet, Area Map, and, Zoning and Future Land Use Table. B. Village Staff mail letters to all property owners with the upcoming date for the Village Council adoption hearing. C. Village Council adoption hearing of the Interlocal Agreement (by Resolution). D. Village Staff transmits the adopted document to PBC Planning Division. E. Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners adoption hearing. 3. Enclosed Information A.
