For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Note 2: Items listed on the Consent Agenda will be approved by one motion of the Committee, unless an individual Committee Member requests that any item(s) be moved to the Regular Agenda and individually considered.
