Jeremy,
Thank you for outlining everything. In regards to the lien search fee, we have one in place already. It is $60
for standard requests (3-5 business day turnaround) and $120 for rush requests (24 hour turnaround) and the
fees cover everyone's time and salaries to complete the search. These fees have been approved by Council
and are adjusted periodically (I make that request of Council).

Jose,
Per our conversation this morning. Please confirm that the following Lien Request have been verified. Also Lori is going
to move all the Code Boxes into an area of the storage that will be put aside from all others. Can you get with Dennis
who originally scanned these documents and confirm that all the documents in the storage are past their retention age
or have been scanned in? The intent is that if everything is confirmed recorded then we can dispose of these
documents. I realize Dennis was part of this records retention in the past so please coordinate with his schedule to
confirm all records retention.

Please put all of de boxes in a certain area and notify Jose that they are ready to be checked. Can we set a fee for Lien
Request? $15 - $25. Is there a standard for this? If it isn't something that is done then maybe we don't reinvent the
wheel.
All Lien request moving forward will be checked by staff and not sent through Mitty. Mitty will continue to file liens.
I think all of these task are minimal and can be done in a relatively short period of time and we can focus on the process
moving forward. Thank you both for what you do. You are both very good at what you do respectively. The Village is
better every day for both of you. Moving forward we just need to have an open line of communication. If there is any
differences of opinion please respect the others point of view and I can help by adding my opinion.

Per Lori's request, the lien searches, and storage items (see list below), have been re -verified by both my team and myself. 1 had already confirmed to Lori during
our meeting last week that all of this information, previously provided to her, was correct. At this point, I am requesting a formal apology from Lori to my team for
questioning their integrity.
