1. April 4, 1921— Warranty Deed — Frederick W. Sadler and Charlotte A. Sadler to John R.
DuBois; Description: Description: Commencing at the south east (SE) corner of the north east
quarter (NEI/4) of the south east quarter (SEI/4) of section 25, thence running north fifteen feet
(15), thence west one thousand and five feet (1005), thence north one hundred and seventeen
feet (117), thence west twenty-five feet (25), thence south one hundred and seventeen (117).
Thence east twenty-five (25) to place of beginning, all being in township 40 south and ? 42 east
and being a parcel of land 25 feet wide east and west and 117 feet north and south in the south
east quarter (SE 1/4) of the said north east quarter (NE 1/4) of the south east quarter (SE 1/4)
after streets have been established. Included here: A June 23, 1988 letter to Gary Preston,
Director of Public Works from Terri Jean Adams, C.L.C., President of Inlet Title Company
regarding the 15 foot parcel belonging to Mr. Sadler and attached are 2 deeds of Mr. Sadler's
but they are very difficult to read.
2. December 10, 1924— Warranty Deed —John R. DuBois to Bessie DuBois; Description:
Commencing at the south east (SE) corner of the north east quarter (NEI/4) of the south east
quarter (SEI/4) of section 25, thence running north fifteen feet (15), thence west one thousand
and five feet (1005), thence north one hundred and seventeen feet (117), thence west twenty-
five feet (25), thence south one hundred and seventeen (117). Thence east twenty-five (25) to
place of beginning, all being in township 40 south and ? 42 east and being a parcel of land 25
feet wide east and west and 117 feet north and south in the south east quarter (SE 1/4) of the
said north east quarter (NE 1/4) of the south east quarter (SE 1/4) after streets have been

3. August 6, 1959 — Warranty Deed — Bessie DuBois and John R. DuBois to Susan DuBois
Kindt; Description: Commencing at the south east (SE) corner of the north east quarter (NEI/4)
of the south east quarter (SEI/4) of section 25, thence running north fifteen feet (15), thence
west one thousand and five feet (1005), thence north one hundred and seventeen feet (117),
thence west twenty-five feet (25), thence south one hundred and seventeen (117). Thence east
twenty-five (25) to place of beginning, all being in township 40 south and ? 42 east and being a
parcel of land 25 feet wide east and west and 117 feet north and south in the south east quarter
(SE 1/4) of the said north east quarter (NE 1/4) of the south east quarter (SE 1/4) after streets
have been established. (Same Property) Included here: Palm Beach County Clerk's office
assisted us with detailing an overview map of the area of Constitution Park showing the lots and
property descriptions contained in the deeds above as well as the deeds for Lot 510 (Jupiter
Properties, Inc., 1987) and Lot 512(Susan Dubois Kindt, 1991).
4. *August 30, 1956 — RIGHT OF WAY DEED -John Ziegler & Jennie Ziegler and The County
of Palm Beach: "A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 40 South, Range 43 East, Palm
Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: The North 80 feet of the
South 693.76 feet of that part of section 30 which lies west of the right of way of State
Road No.5 and east of the right of way of Old Dixie Highway.
5. *March 27, 1961— Warranty Deed (This Indenture) — between Vacation Homes, Inc.
and The Village of Tequesta. PARCEL "C" of a subdivision of a portion of JUPITER IN THE
PINES, Section "B", according to the Plat Book 26, page 215, of the Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida. (This is the lot where the old Village Hall was built and
where the Public Safety Building now stands and donated by William E. Schlusemeyer)
Included here is Surveyor's rendering of the lot.
6. *February 8, 1962 — Warranty Deed — Eastern Sales, Inc. (William E. Schlusemeyer,
President) to Jupiter-Tequesta Junior Citizens, Inc.; Description: All that part of the N
264' of the S 279' of the NE % of the SE % of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42
East, lying West of County Road (Seabrook Road) as same is now located, constructed,
and used, Palm Beach County, Florida; Less the W 100' of the E 905' of the N 117' of the
S 132' of said NE % of the SE % of Section 25;and Less the W 75' of the E 1080' of the N
117' of the S 132' of said NE % of the SE % of said Section 25; and Less the W 50' of the E
1280' of the N 117' of S 132' of said NE % ofthe SE % of Section 25; and Less the W 10.4'
of the N 117' of the S 132' of said NE % of the SE Y4 of said Section 25; and Less the W
120' of the E 805' of the N 117' of the S 132' of said NE % of the SE % of Section 25; all of
the above being subject to existing road right-of-ways (if any) thereon; said land situate,
lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida. Included here is a Petition from the
Jupiter-Tequesta Junior Citizens, Inc. to the Village of Tequesta for annexing this
property as well as a copy of ORDINANCE NO. 46 annexing this property.

The Village of Tequesta. (A right of way and easement in and to said lands for public
highway purposes)
