In effect, one (1) Trustee shall be appointed each year for the term of one (1) year by the Board of Directors of the Jupiter-Tequesta Chamber of Correrce, one (1) Trustee shall be appointed each year by one (1) of the three (3) Towns, and one (1) shall be elected each year by the Board of Trustees. In the event of a vacancy on the Board of Trustees, the vac- ancY shall be filled for the unexpired term by the group that on Pointed or elected the Trustee to the board, except vacancies in the rp event Board of Trustees, which shall be replaced by the remaining Board Members. The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for the construc- tion and maintenance of the Jupiter- eques " Junior Citizens' Building and shall be i"wered to enter into such financing arrangements that shall be required. The board of Trustees shall also elect annual committees for the maintenance of grounds, buildings, chaprons, activities, publicity, education- al, and etc. The Board of Trustees shall also retain a qualified Director for the Jupiter-Tequesta Junior Citizens' activities and arrangements and be responsible for his remuneration. Renni.nger, President Tina M- Roscello, Secretary ORDINANCE NO. 46 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS CF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA WHEREAS, sub -section (29) of Section 3 of ARTICLE V of the Charter of the Village of Tequesta grants the Village Council the power to annex any lands adjoining or within three miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or owners thereof; and W:IMEAS, JUPITER-TEQUESTA JUNIOR CITIZENS, INC., a Florida corporation, the owner of certain land situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, has filed a petition with the Village Council requesting that the land described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta, copy of said petition being attached hereto and made apart hereof as if fully and completely set forth herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1. That the parcel of land described in the petition hereinabove mentioned and hereto attached is hereby annexed and incor- porated into the Village of Tequesta, and the same shall be and become a part of the Village of Tequesta, with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof. And, further, that said lands shall be subject to all of the %- ordinances, regulations and codes of said Village.
