SUMMARY-L-i Requesting to amend and increase the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 General Fund #001 Budget by $91,376.00 to recognize Casualty Insurance Premium Taxes received in Fiscal Year 2019/2020. Approve amending and increasing the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 General Fund #001 Budget by $91,376.00 to recognize Casualty Insurance Premium Taxes received in Fiscal Year 2019/2020. WHEREAS, the Village received Chapter 185 Casualty Insurance Premium Taxes in the amount of$91,375.40 in Fiscal Year 2019/2020; WHEREAS, the Village budgeted to receive Chapter 185 Casualty Insurance Premium Taxes in the amount of$0.00 in Fiscal Year 2019/2020; WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Budget will increase as follows: Dr. 001-175-522.110 Other Pension Contributions $9113 76.00 Cr. 001-000-312.520 Casualty Insurance Premium Tax $911376.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 Resolution No. 40-20 is hereby approved amending and increasing the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 General Fund #001 Budget by $91,376.00 to recognize Casualty Insurance Premium Taxes received in Fiscal Year 2019/2020; Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
