In 2020, Council requested that I advertise all terms that expire to the Village residency as a whole to give others the opportunity to volunteer on these boards rather than just simply renewing incumbent terms. As I was working on this, I realized, all our boards and committees have set expiration dates for each member, with the exception of the EAC. This means they will serve until removed or until the committee is disbanded. This does not serve in the spirit of what Council asked last May. recommend we update the Resolution and incorporate three year staggered terms (like the rest of the committees).
