Pictures
• Various still shots of people that may be identified but who have no relevance to VOT
• Aerial shots without reference
• Duplicates of pictures we've retained
• Police photos of personnel and accidents not identified or dated
• Village events unidentified people, dates and locations
• Pictures of building unidentified
• The Arbor committee picking out trees at a local nursery
• Flooded streets
3 % discs
• We have read and have reviewed each disc in the box. When we could capture the images, we
transferred them to files. Most were inappropriate, unable to be opened or not valid
Negatives
• We feel these are not applicable to our purpose. We would have to scan each strip and
determine if it is worth the price to have printed at 60 minutes which is expensive in time and
funds. We also looked on-line about how to print ourselves but it would take a chemical lab
CD's
• We have reviewed every CD. The Walgreen's CD's need a special application which we were
reluctant to open since the computer message indicated an unreliable source. We reviewed
each CD that could be opened and save them on the computer. Many were duplicates or
contained only a few pictures.
