Present were: Chair Thomas Bradford, Vice -Chair Robert Shaw, Member Frank Harding, Member Jessica Namath, and Member Maria Pearson. Absent were: Member Lisa Krimsky and Member Resa Listort. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION: Member Pearson made a motion to approve the agenda; Vice -Chair Shaw seconded the motion. Carried unanimously 5-0 (absent: Member Krimsky and Member Listort). COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS There were none. PRESENTATIONS CONSENT AGENDA 1. MINUTES: March 10, 2021 MOTION: Member Pearson made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Vice -Chair Shaw seconded the motion. Carried unanimously 5-0 (absent: Member Krimsky and Member Listort). END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA PIRgg6 bb62 Agenda Item #1. 01 Draft OLD BUSINESS 2. Review of Draft Florida League of Cities 2021 Florida Municipal Achievement Awards for Environmental Stewardship Application The Committee discussed the application packet and agreed to have Chair Bradford and Council Member Laurie Brandon meet on Friday, April 2, 2021 in the Council Chambers to work on wordsmithing the application. Vice Chair Robert Shaw would work on an article for Smoke Signals and Member Jessica Namath would send 2 (two) emails with images, to Chair Bradford for the final application. The group thanked Committee Member Maria Pearson for all of her time, effort and hard work on the application process. NEW BUSINESS COMMENTS OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS, VILLAGE COUNCIL LIAISON AND STAFF FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ANY OTHER MATTERS 3. Meeting Task Assignments ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 3:07 PM.
