This action follows extensive investigations into the issue. The 5G Resolution can be accessed here. The resolution was based on the sample resolution found at 5G Crisis here. In January 2020, an expert forum — "What You Should Know About 5G" — was organized by the only state representative to vote against accelerating 5G wireless facilities in Connecticut, David Michel, D-Stamford featuring Frank Clegg, the former president of Microsoft Canada; Patti Wood, founder of the nonprofit Grassroots Environmental Education; and Devra Davis, an epidemiologist and founder of the Environmental Health Trust. Dallas approved 966 "small" cell (4/5G) towers already. Residents in New York, Oregon, San Francisco, Georgia, and many more are waking up to a cell tower as close as 12 feet outside their bedroom windows. Costa Mesa, CA just approved "small" cell towers to be built 30 feet from home daycares. Within days residents are reporting headaches, nose bleeds, fatigue, behavioral issues, and tinnitus. These symptoms are just the beginning. SLR dies from different countries show up to a 200% increase in cancer within 1500 feet from a cell tower. In Ripon, CA four students and three teachers got cancer after a cell tower was installed on school premises. A cancer cluster around cell towers on college campus has been known to exist for over ten years. More towers are being constructed on schoolyards right now. Jasper Colt, USA TODAY L report from The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine joints to a radio frequency pulse as the "most plausible" cause of the mysterious lness that plagued diplomats and their families in Cuba and China. I,fter reviewing the illnesses' symptoms and possible causes, the committee ppointed to review the cases determined that what was observed was "consistent vith the effects of directed pulsed radio frequency energy," the report states. Vhile the committee, made up of mostly medical experts, determined a radio requency (RF) pulse was the most likely cause, they also said that there could have peen other causes contributing to the illness and producing additional signs and ymptoms. unerican officials in Cuba experienced an unexplained illness, which was later oined the "Havana Syndrome," beginning in late 2016. At least 26 Americans who vorked at the U.S. Embassy in Cuba fell sick, experiencing several debilitating ymptoms. Those who fell sick experienced sudden onset of loud noises, teadaches, dizziness, hearing loss and blurred vision. 'he committee also looked at chemicals, infectious diseases and psychological 3sues as possible explanations. It found chemical exposure from insecticide praying was "not likely" the cause because there was no evidence of high-level xposure and the affected people's histories didn't fit with such exposure. But it lidn't rule out the possibility insecticides could have made the symptoms worse. 'hough Zika, which was rampant in Cuba around that time, can have neurological ffects the committee said it was "highly unlikely" that was the cause of the ymptoms seen in those affected. Borne have theorized the reported illness could have been more psychological than Ihysiological, in what is referred to as "mass psychogenic illness" or mass kysteria. The conunittee said that because the symptoms varied from patient to )atient, it was possible there were "multiple causal factors including psychological and social factors." These factors could exacerbate other causes of illness and cannot be ruled out as :ontributing to some of the cases, especially some of the chronic symptoms or later n the course of illness in some cases," the report said. But the report also said it vas unlikely such elements were the root cause, saying, "The acute initial, sudden- ►nset, distinctive, and unusual symptoms and signs are difficult to ascribe to )sychological and social factors."
