RESOLUTION NO. 26-21, A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO DONATE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
VILLAGE'S ADOPTED PROCEDURES
This is a Resolution donating a Glock 22C firearm (Serial Number GGG240) to Lt. James Pike. This
firearm has been Lt. James Pike's duty firearm for the past 16.5 years. It will be donated to Lt. James
Pike during his retirement ceremony.

RESOLUTION NO. 26-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE
SURPLUS AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO DONATE
OF SURPLUS PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VILLAGE'S
ADOPTED PROCEDURES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, established
procedures for disposing of surplus Village property; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Tequesta owns property as described as a Glock 22C firearm
(Serial Number GGG240);
WHEREAS, the Village Council declares the property to be surplus and directs the
Village Manager to donate the surplus property to Lt. James Pike in accordance with the
Village's adopted procedures; and
WHEREAS, the Village finds that this Resolution will promote the health, safety and
welfare of the Village
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, hereby declares
the Glock 22C firearm (Serial Number GGG240) to be surplus and directs the Village Manager
to donate the surplus property to Lt. James Pike in a manner consistent with the Village's
adopted procedures.
Section 2 All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith shall be hereby
repealed.
Section 3 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
