The item before you is for the renewal of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete, our existing, fully managed,
endpoint detection and response system. The item is quoted off of the Omnia Partners — IT Solutions
Contract #2018011-02 and is budgeted in the current fiscal year. The total cost of the item is $34,500
which is $500 under budget. The account distribution is below:
