This bag contains varied materials that fall into the following:
Pictures:
• Various still shots of people that may be identified but who have no relevance to
VOT

2003 and 2007 which we have integrated into the computer as an example of the
ceremony
• Duplicate photos or near duplicate (little variation from a previous photo)
• Pictures of buildings unidentified (maybe water dept?)
• Head shots of village personnel
• Police awards ceremonies

3 '12 inch disc
We have read and have reviewed each disc in the box. When we could capture of the
images, we transferred to files. Most were inappropriate, unable to be opened, or not
valid
Negatives
We feel these are not applicable to our purpose. We would have to scan each strip,
and determine if it is worth the price to have printed at 60 minutes which is expensive in
time and funds.
C D's
We have reviewed every CD. The Walgreen's CD's need a special application which
we were reluctant to open since the computer message indicated an unreliable source.
We reviewed each CD that could be opened and saved them on the computer. Many
were duplicates or contained only a few pictures.
Bob Harp Plaque
We made every effort to return these awards to the Harp family without results. We
maintained the plaque from the Village to Mr. Harp and one small gold facing
disconnected from its wood base from the Jupiter/Tequesta chamber of Commerce.
We have made a copy of this plaque for the file but would like to discard since it is not
from the village but from a city association.
