Tequesta Country Club Community Association PO Box 3006 Tequesta FL 33469 To: Tequesta Village Manager, Jeremey Allen Re: Petition for Road Milling & Paving Scheduling in TCC From: TCCCA Date: June 15, 2021 Mr. Allen Attached please find a friendly petition requesting early scheduling of road milling and paving in the community of Tequesta Country Club. It is our understanding that the program has a 20 year plan of completion and our neighborhood requests to be scheduled in 2021 due to the hazardous condition of our roads. Our roads are used not only for vehicular traffic, but also pedestrian, cyclists, and more, as we do not have sidewalks. Thank you for your attention to this request. Submitted by Michelle Shearouse on behalf of the TCCCA Board and by members of the TCC community. Page 14 of 287 Agenda Item #3. May 2021 Petition for Road Milling & Paving in Tequesta Country Club Community (TCC) We request safe and functional roads in our neighborhood. TCC's roads have been deteriorating for decades. They are riddled with pockets, depressions, cracks, rivets, missing tarmac, crumbling edges, uneven man hole covers, and inefficient water drainage. The effects are water retention, inadequate storm water flow, and hazardous conditions for bikers, skaters, walkers, runners, etc., in our community. First responders transporting patients with jostling and bouncing may have to increase precious transport time. We request that milling and paving be addressed within this year, 2021. •' '"'SIGNATURE 215 River Drive Michelle/Jay VIEW WIN s_ i ls' . J l KiMASJ 131 WINWINK ,i//// Page 15 of 287 Agenda Item #3.
