Subject Attorney -Client Session of the Village Council; January 24,

As you know, an Attorney -Client Session of the Village Council has
been scheduled for January 24, 2002, commencing at 5:00 p.m. in the
Village Manager's Office Conference Room. The subject matter of
the Attorney -Client Session is the pending litigation and possible
settlement of an outstanding workers' compensation case. The

estimated length of the session is 45 minutes to one (1) hour. In
addition to Village Councilmembers and the Village Manager, the
following attorneys will be present and participant in the
Attorney -Client Session:
• Allen R. Tomlinson, Business Litigation Attorney
Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A.
• Gary M. Schloss, Esq. (workers' compensation attorney)
Hayes, Schloss & Alcocer, P.A.
Pursuant to the requirements of F.S. 286.01 1(8), please place
a public announcement of the Attorney -Client Session by
John C. Randolph, Village Attorney, on the January 10, 2002,
Village Council Meeting Agenda. Additionally, please
coordinate the presence of a certified court reporter to
a
