Changes were made to buy a 2002 Dodge Durango from another vendor on a RESOLUTION NO. 53-01/02 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO HILL KELLY DODGE, PENSACOLA, FLORIDA, FOR PURCHASE OF A 2002 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,415.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 001-192-560-600, HAVING A FY 01/02 BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $34,200.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANGER TO EXECUTE THE PURCHASE ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 11-01/02. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section I: Purchase of a 2002 Dodge Durango 4x4 in the amount of $29,415.00 from the state bid process off of FSA Contract #7 is hereby approved, and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the purchase on behalf of the Village of Tequesta. Section II: Resolution 11-01/02 approving purchase of the 2002 Ford Expedition in the amount of $30,605.37 from Gus Machado Ford is hereby repealed. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember who moved its adoption.
