RE: Date, time and place of the first and final budget hearings
In accordance with the provisions of F.S. 200.065, we must advise the property appraiser within 35
days of certification of value (6/28/02) with the date, time and place of the first and final public
hearings to consider the proposed miilage rate and tentative budget. We must hold the hearings on
days other than when the County Commission or School District meet, after 5:00 on weekdays, and

Property Appraiser
1. The Property Appraiser's Office uses your phone number as it appears at the bottom
of the DR420 to print onto TRIM. If this is not the phone number you wish to use for the
notices, please send me a memo indicating the proper number at the time when you
submit your completed DR420.
2. Please bear in mind of the following dates when you set your first public hearing
date:
(A) Board of County Commissioners has set their date's as September 5, 19.
(B) School Board has set tentative dates as July 29, and September 9. You may
need to confirm these dates with the School Board.
