Cauzzo, Jr. Village Manager VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA 250 Tequesta Drive, Suite 304) Tequesta, Florida 33469 Re: Willow Glen (Rood Property) Dear Mr. Couzzo: conjunction with our marketing efforts, we have determined that we should change `6fle name of our new home community from "Willow Glen" to "Riverside Oaks at Tecluesta". There are several marketing reasons to change the name; one of which is to avoid possible confusion as there is a project called Willoughby Glen that is being sold in Martin County. Another reason is we think tinat identifying the project with Riverside Drive will enhance our marketing results, Additionally, we would like to change the street name from "Sugarberry Way" to "'Magnolia Way". As you know, we have approval frorn the Village for our Tentative Final Plat using the Willow Glen name, We would suggest that if possible changing the name for the Final Plat approval to Riverside Oaks at Tequesta together with the sere rare change would allow consistency and limit confusion. We look forward t,--.) hearing from you as to whether this is acceptable, Sincerely, THESPEARGROUP David A. Spear DASlgs
