There are numerous organizations of which the Village is a member and which require
Village representation. A listing indicating the assemblies and current representatives

- Aggressively promote municipal independence and represent the interest of the
municipal governments in Florida
- Provide professional, high quality information to help municipal governments plan for
future and improve the quality of life for their citizens
- Increase public knowledge of municipal services, accomplishments and
responsibilities
- Remains active in legislative influence with "sister" organizations, such as "Florida
League of Cities and National League of Cities"
