Special Interests Our employees are crucial to the value the Village brings to its
residents and each individual adds to that value. Retaining
employees is crucial to the success of the service the Village
provides and the pension we provide to those employees helps
to keep them here. Every benefit that the Village provides needs
to be evaluated through a cost/benefit analysis with the intent of
providing the best service at the most efficient price.

employees will never get rich as a Village employee but the
retirement is a big part of what keeps them here. We owe it to
our residents to work hard to keep our best employees from
leaving for greener pastures and the retirement is a significant
portion of that equation. That cost can become prohibitive if not
managed properly and my intent, if appointed, would be to find
that perfect balance.
I certify that the statements I have made on this form are true, complete and
accurate to the best of my knowledge.
