Several employees from the Jupiter store, who are Tequesta residents, will help open this store & will be training the new employees; ■ Starbucks supports the local schools, from elementary to high school, for events & teacher appreciation; ■ They have donated to JTAA concession stands for tournaments, as well as provided gift baskets for raffles; ■ Support and sponsor `Coffee with a Cop' events; ■ Have volunteered &/or provided coffee & supplies to a number of additional local organizations &/or local offices or chapters of national organizations, i.e.: Furry Friends Rescue, Loggerhead Marine Life Center, Honor Flight, Wounded Warriors, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Freedom Coast Ride, etc. :': 2 G H 0 STARBUCKS Conclusion ➢ Subject property received a Special Exception approval for a fast food restaurant use. ➢ Received unanimous approval from Planning and Zoning Board ➢ Redevelops a currently vacant building & outparcel, expanding the Village tax base; ➢ Maintains consistency with the Village's Comprehensive Plan; ➢ Meets the Purpose of the G2 zoning district and all applicable development regulations in the Village's zoning code. ➢ Ensures complete compatibility with the existing built community & shopping center; ➢ Meets all adopted levels of service, and Palm Beach County's traffic performance standards.
