THIS INDENTURE made this 6th January day of 199't by
and between the parties listed on Schedule A, attached hereto, hereinafter
called the Grantors, and the Incorporated Village of Tequesta, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida
33469, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors are the owners of the real property as
set forth in Schedule A, and are willing to cede and dedicate said property
to the Grantee. Grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate
in Palm Beach County, Florida, as therein set forth on Schedule A, the
descriptions of which if taken together are described as:
A parcel of land for easement purposes lying in the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 40
South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter; thence South 000 001 3511 West along the West line

distance of 49.37 feet to a point on a curve concave to the South,

Bearings cited herein are based on the Plat of Tequesta Pines, as
recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 84, of the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Containing in all 0.29 acres, more of less.
TOGETHER with all the appurtenances and all the estates and rights of
the Grantors in and to said property, it being the intention of the
Grantors to convey said land for roadway purposes and pedestrian and
vehicular ingress and egress, and for the purpose that Grantee shall
conform said roadway tostandards for roadways of its type and shall
maintain said roadway in perpetuity.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the Grantors

are lawfully seized each parcel of of said land collectively described
above in fee simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors has signed and sealed these
presents the day and year first above written as set forth on Schedule A,
incorporated herein by this reference.
ACCEPTANCE BY VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
Grantee hereby agrees to accept the property herein ceded for the
purposes herein expressed and covenants to bring said roadway to standards
as required and shall thereafter maintain said roadway in perpetuity.
