TOGETHER with all the appurtenances and all the estates and rights of the Grantors in and to said property, it being the intention of the Grantors to convey said land for roadway purposes and pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress, and for the purpose that Grantee shall conform said roadway tostandards for roadways of its type and shall maintain said roadway in perpetuity.
