2. COMPENSATION: ION: In consideration for the above Scope of Services, pricing

2. TERM
The Term oi this CONTRACT shall commence upon the parties execution of the
CONTRACT and shall be for a period of Sixty (60) moriths with two Twelve month
renewal options provided both parfies are in agreement and there are no changes to
the terms and conditions.
3. CONSPf RATION

of this CONTRACT to exclude any significant sums by which the consideration was
iweased due to inaccurate, incomplete, ot non -current wage rates and other actual

TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE AWARD THROUGH
PIGGYBACK CONTRACT OF TOWN OF JUPITER CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT CONTRACT #W1821A TO GFA INTERNATIONAL, INC.
("AWARDEE))) FOR PLAN REVIEW, INSPECTION, AND PERMIT
TECHNICIAN CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AS NEEDED BY THE
VILLAGE; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT WITH
THE AWARDEE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The Town of Jupiter solicited and received bids on May 16th, 2019,
for plan review, inspection, and permit technician services; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Jupiter, FL awarded a contract to the selected vendor
GFA International Inc. on July 18th1 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta now desires to award
contracts to the same selected vendor of solicitation #W1821A for its plan review,
inspection, and permit technician needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1., The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta hereby approves the
attached piggyback agreement with GFA International, Inc. based on the award of a
similar contract by the Town of Jupiter, FL pursuant to its solicitation #W1821A for plan
review, inspection, and permit technician services to the awardee.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta this
10th day of November, 2022.
