As provided in advance of and during the public meeting by Jeff Snyder, Finance Director,
the Surtax proceeds received by the Village were spent as follows:
• Fiscal year ending September 30, 2022: revenues of $568,037.00 in infrastructure
surtax funds received by the Village;
• Fiscal year ending September 30, 2022: expenditures of $59,112.00 for sidewalk
replacement projects.
The Village Infrastructure Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee has determined that there
have been no expenditures, which are inconsistent with the requirements of Section
212.055(2), Florida Statutes, the ballot language approved by the voters, and the Village
Council's approved Surtax proceeds expenditures.
