Discussion on 2023 Citizen Survey
SUMMARY: J
The attached Draft 2023 Citizen Survey is presented for Council discussion. With any recommended
changes the survey will run the month of March.
Citizen surveys will elicit opinions from a representative cross-section of residents. Citizen surveys can
help determine the level of "customer satisfaction" regarding a variety of Village services and programs.
This information can used to help improve service delivery. Citizen surveys can provide policy makers
with essential planning information to identify unmet community needs and help allocate scarce
resources.
