On behalf of St. Jude's Church, I have enclosed our proposed
Application for a Zoning Text Change. I believe that this form of
application is envisioned by Section XVIII of the Official Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta. Accompanying the application
is a survey of the St Jude's property and our application fee of
$500.00.

TEOUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 355, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION VII,
SCHEDULE OF REGULATIONS, BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL
SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO THE C-2, COMMUNITY CGMMEF.CIAL
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
