The Code Enforcement Board has five (5) openings and four (4)
applicants. It would appear that Mr. Miller should be
appointed as a regular member in that he meets the State
requirements for an architect. Mr. Vorpagel and Mr. Ritter
are willing to serve as regular members only. Village
Council action relative to these appointments is requested.

ment Board? Tequesta is beautiful place to live and I would like
to help it to continue to stay this way.

Enforcement Board? Please be specific. I am qualified to be a member.
I am very familiar with the building industry and construction
requirements. I am an open minded intelligent person who has no
ties to any special interest groups in this community.
My motivation to be appointed to this group is purely civic
pride. I believe this boar has very important responsibilities
to perform for the benefit of Tequesta.
