October 22, 1990 a) Memorandum to All Department Heads advising them to include in all future bid proposals a Sworn Statement Under Section 287.133(3)(a), Florida Statutes, on Public Entity Crimes. 2. October 23, 1990 a) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing revised Village Council Agenda for their information. b) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by All Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chamber to discuss various matters within each department. c) Memorandum to All Department Heads enclosing copies of Safety News Pamphlet for dissemination to their employees. d) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing correspondence from Palm Beach County Administrator concerning Local Option Gas Tax for their information. e) Letter to Susan Dalton, Palm Beach County Engineering with regard to Old Dixie Highway Improvements. 3. October 24, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was'held by Community Appearance Board at 9:30 A. M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Letter to Michael Cesarano, JTAA Parade Director, granting permission to conduct the 14th Annual JTAA Christmas Parade on December 9th at 12 noon. 4. October 25, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the Village Council at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. 5. October 26, 1990 a) Letter to Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, relative to Permit Application No. 901PD-00902 by Palm Beach County. October 29, 1990 a) Memorandum relative to Post Annexation Referendum Voter Survey. b) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official, for his information and action, pertaining to Ordinance No. 415. c) A Proclamation was prepared proclaiming the week of October 27 - November 3, 1990 as "Crime Awareness Week". d) Memorandum to Wendy K. Harrison, Assistant to the Village Manager, requesting her to prepare Urban Services Report; Annexation Sectors A & B. e) Letter to Jan Winters, County Administrator, Palm Beach County in response to his correspondence relative to Local Option Gas Tax. f) Memorandum in conjunction with Mangrove Trimming in Aquatic Preserve Areas. g) Letter to John J. Giba, J.G. Realty Consultants, in response to his correspondence with regard to Traffic Light Synchronization in the Jupiter/Tequesta Area. 7. October 30, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by All Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss various matters within each department. b) A Village Council Workshop Meeting was held at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of Drafting Language for the Public Safety Referendum on January 15, 1991. 8.
