October 8, 1990 a) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Palm Beach County Library System; Proposed Tequesta Branch Site Options. b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq., Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, enclosing correspondence pertaining to Sworn Statement Under Section 287.133 (3)(a), Florida Statutes on Public Entity Crimes, for his information and review. c) Letter to William D. Reese, P.E., President, Reese, Macon & Associates, Inc. advising Notice to Proceed for the Village of Tequesta Wells and Storage Tank Project. 2. October 9, 1990 a) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official with regard to Administrative Procedures for the Abandonment of Dedicated Public Property Within the Village of Tequesta. b) Memorandum to Village Council advising of Village Council Meeting Schedule. c) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by all Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to review various matters within each department. 3. October 10, 1990 a) Memorandum to Village Council notifying of the revised Village Council Meeting Schedule for their information. 4. October 11, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the Village Council at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. 5. October 15, 1990 a) Memorandum to Gary Preston, Director of Public Works & Recreation requesting to prepare a draft of Lease Agreement with JTJC. Marcus, County Board of relative to Lands; Bond Issue Charter Amendment Ordinance for Lands. c) Letter to Mrs. Lou Ann Hinds advising of her appointment as an Alternate Member to the Community Appearance Board effective October 11, 1990 for a one year term. d) Letter to Edwin J. Nelson, informing of his appointment to fill the unexpired term of the late Mary Louise Nolen as a regular member to the Board of Adjustment. d) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official advising of the appointments of Lou Ann Hinds as an alternate member to the Community Appearance Board and Edwin J. Nelson as a regular member to the Board of Adjustment. e) Letters to Mr. Charles Russell Kluck, Marcia Nielson, and Evelyn Irene Smitha with regard to Tequesta Community Appearance Board; Appointment of Alternate Member and thanking them for their interest in serving in this capacity. f) The Village Manager attended the Palm Beach County Municipal League Meeting at 9:00 A.M. at the Palm Beach County Governmental Center to discuss the Environmentally Sensitive Lands. 6. October 16, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by all Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss various matters within each department. 7. October 17, 1990 a) Letter to Dorothy Campbell expressing sincere appreciation for her actions to beautify and landscape Gallery Square North Parking Lot. b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Village Attorney, enclosing copies of citizen submittals relative to proposed ballot language for his review and comments. October 19, 1990 a) Memorandum to Village Council with regard to the Proposed Ordinance Providing for Supplemental Enforcement Procedure Relating to Code Violations; Agenda Item. b) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing items pertaining to Annexation Policy; Agenda Item. c) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Proposed Ordinance relating to Tequesta Code Enforcement Board; Agenda Item. d) Letter to Nikki Jones, President, PTO, Limestone Creek Elementary School, enclosing VOT Proclamation Encouraging the Celebration of Halloween on Saturday, October 27, 1990. e) Letter to Robert Banks, Esq., Assistant County Attorney, Palm Beach County Attorney's Office, enclosing Village of Tequesta Annexation Policy for his information. /mk
