for his information and review.

Official with regard to Administrative
Procedures for the Abandonment of Dedicated
Public Property Within the Village of

b) Memorandum to Village Council advising of
Village Council Meeting Schedule.
c) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
all Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers to review
various matters within each department.
3. October 10, 1990 a) Memorandum to Village Council notifying of
the revised Village Council Meeting
Schedule for their information.
4. October 11, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
the Village Council at 7:00 P.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers.
5. October 15, 1990 a) Memorandum to Gary Preston, Director of
Public Works & Recreation requesting to
prepare a draft of Lease Agreement with
JTJC.

Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss
various matters within each department.
7. October 17, 1990 a) Letter to Dorothy Campbell expressing
sincere appreciation for her actions to
beautify and landscape Gallery Square North
Parking Lot.
b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Village
Attorney, enclosing copies of citizen
submittals relative to proposed ballot
language for his review and comments.
