RE: Conceptual Presentation for Paradise Park — Tequesta Drive and Main Street
Dear Nilsa,
On behalf of the Applicant, please accept this letter as our formal request to propose a
41-unit multifamily development plan on Tequesta Drive. The site is approximately 3.26
acres and has a land use designation of Mixed Use and a zoning designation of Mixed
Use.
The proposed development will utilize/mimic new urbanism concepts, and calls for seven
separate townhome buildings. The developers are extremely excited to bring forth this
conceptual proposal for the Village Council's consideration, as this design meets nearly
all development regulations set forth in the Mixed -Use District of the zoning code, and is
consistent with applicable elements of the Village of Tequesta's Comprehensive Plan.
We look forward to receiving Village Council's feedback at the next available Village
Council Meeting.
