As you are aware, our current security system has been serving us well and ensuring the safety of our confidential data and critical infrastructure. Moving to a 3-year term from a 1-year term would provide us with a greater cost savings. This is an opportunity for us to secure our network and information systems for a longer period of time at a more cost-effective rate. The new contract will be purchased through the NASPO state contract #43220000- NASPO-19-ACS, ensuring that we are getting the best possible value for our investment and is budgeted in the current year.
