For your information I am providing you with a copy of that need which shows that it was recorded at Official Record Book 6098, Page 1005. You represent in your letter that there were discussion with the Village in connection with the delivery of the Revised Special Warranty Deed that the portion of the property covered by the original Special Warranty- Deed would be reconveyed"by 'the'Vil:7:age of Tequesta. You further advised that on numerous occasions Tequesta Associates, Limited Partnership, has requested officials of the village that the subject property be reconveyed. Please be advised that in discussing this matter with representatives of the 'Village, I am advised that Tequesta Associates, Limited Partnership, has made no such request of the Village as to the reconveyance of this property. In fact, there is no recollection that it was ever the intent of the Village to convey back to Tequesta Associates, Limited Partnership, that portion of the land deeded by the original Special Warranty Deed.
