Inc. pertaining Request to Release Lands
Dedicated to the Village by Warranty Deed.

information relative to Shakespeare by the
Sea.
c) A Notice of Meeting of the Village of
Tequesta Consultant Selection Team
scheduled for Thursday, July 26 at 8:00
A.M. and Friday, July 27, 1990 at 9:00
A.M., to review the Proposed Water
Treatment Plant was distributed to news
media.
July 24, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
All Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss
various matters within each department.
b) A Workshop Meeting was held by the Village
Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall
Council Chambers to review Fiscal Year 1991
Proposed Operating Budgets.
c) Memorandum to Bill C. Kascavelis, Finance
Director/Clerk enclosing correspondence
relative to Claim No. 45LB42530.

Manager, for his action, requesting him to
provide SWIM Pert Chart.

Selection Team interviewed Consulting
Engineers at 9:00 A.M. in the Village Hall
Council Chambers to review design storage
tank and wells.
6. July 31, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
All Department Heads at 9:30 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers to review
various matters within each department.
b) A Special Village Council Meeting was held
at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council
Chambers.
c) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building
Official enclosing documents relative to
DCA vs. Village of Tequesta; Stipulated
Settlement Agreement.
d) Letter to the Honorable Carol J. Elmquist,
Board of County Commissioners with regard
to Study of North County Public
Transportation Needs.
e) Letter to Mrs. E. Faye Schrecengost,
Executive Director, Lighthouse Gallery,
Inc. in response to her request in
conjunction of their 27th Annual Arts and
Crafts Festival; Gallery Square North
