1. May 21, 1990 a) Letter to Ty Hackett, Rood Landscape Co.,
Inc. authorizing and Notice to Proceed on
Tequesta Drive Streetscape Project.
b) Letter to Larry Thompson, Solid Waste
Authority of Palm Beach County enclosing
for execution, three (3) original copies of
the Interlocal Agreement for Municipal
Recycling.
c) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
Board of Adjustment at 7:30 P.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers.
2. May 22, 1990 a) A Department Head Meeting was held at 9:30
A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers
to discuss various matters within their
department.
3. May 23, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
Community Appearance Board at 9:30 A.M. in
the Village Hall Council Chambers.
4. May 24, 1990 a) The Tequesta Village Council held their
regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 P.M. in
the Village Hall Council Chambers.
5. May 25, 1990 a) A Notice of Special Village Council Meeting
scheduled for May 29, 1990 at 5:30 P.M. was
disseminated to the Village Council and
News Media.
b) A Notice of Village Council Workshop
Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 1990
at 5:30 P.M. to review the Downtown
Development Task Force Report and Master
Plan Strategy was distributed to News
Media.
6. May 29, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
the Village staff at 9:30 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers.
