SUBJECT: Revised Sketch Plan Review for "Noit Gedacht"
Subdivision.
Attached please find eight (8) sets of packets with a
revised sketch plan for the above referenced project. The
proposed subdivision has been reviewed for compliance with the
sketch plan review criteria of Appendix B, Subdivision
Regulations, and meets the minimum requirements set forth
therein. The applicable department heads have performed
preliminary reviews of the proposed street, cul-de-sac and
utility lavout.
Please place this application for sketch plan review on
the agenda for the June 14, 1990 Council meeting_ under
Development Matters. Thank you.
