1. May 7, 1990 a) The Village Manager gave a speech at 7:00 P.M.
to Kiwanis Club at Lighthouse Restaurant.
b) Letter to Donald Stephen Lamb, Director, Water
Use, South Florida Water Management District,
with regard to Application No. 890213-15;
Village of Tequesta, Public Water Supply.
c) Letter to John M. LeRoux Esq., Jones, Foster,
Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., relative to Tequesta
Drive Improvement Project; Parcels 11, 16, 19
and 22 for his recommendation and action.
d) Letter to Thom Morgan, Hardrives Incorporated,
enclosing original copies of documents
pertaining to Tequesta Drive Improvement
Project; Change Order No. 5 and Punch List.
2. May 8, 1990 a) A Special Village Council Meeting was held by
the Village Council at 9:00 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers to interview the
top candidates for the Director of Public
Safety position.

the Village Council at 9:00 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers to interview the
top candidates for the Director of Public
Safety position.
4. May 10, 1990 a) Memorandum to Bill C. Kascavelis, Finance
Director and Carl R. Roderick, Chief of
Police, in conjunction with Seminar on Federal
Disaster Assistance scheduled for Thursday,
June 7, 1990 commencing at 9:00 A.M.
b) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the
Village Council at 7:00 P.M. in the Village
Hall Council Chambers.

Requesting relocation of Traffic Signal
Support Pole at the northwest corner of
Tequesta Drive and U.S. Highway One
Intersection.
d) Letter to Joann Seaway, Director, Christian
Education, The First United Presbyterian
Church, granting permission to place a
temporary sign adjacent to their permanent
sign on Tequesta Drive for the period of June
1 to June 25, 1990.
e) Memorandum to Village Council advising of
FCCMA Conference to be attended by the Village
Manager in Tampa on Tuesday, May 15th through
Friday, May 18th.
a) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq., Jones,
Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., for his
action, enclosing Interlocal Agreement for
Municipal Recycling .
b) Memorandum to Village Council advising of the
Village Manager's three (3) week vacation in
Mannheim, West Germany, commencing on June
16th and during his absence, Wendy K. Harrison
will be the Acting Village Manager.
