project on May 16, 1990.
The following concerns were expressed by the Board regarding this
proposed project: NONE

Dear Mr. Johnson:
Subject: Community Appearance Board review of your application.
This letter is to confirm the action of the Village of
Tequesta Community Appearance Board at the May 16, 1990 meeting
approving your application as submitted for a 11.349 X 16. 34'
addition to the existing clubhouse.
As you are aware, this proposed project requires site
Plan review before the Village Council and has been placed on the
agenda for the meeting scheduled for May 24,
Hall, 1990 in the Village
beginning at 7: 00 P.M. Receipt of your check No. 13289 in
the amount of 5100.00 is hereby acknowledged. You and or your
representative must be in attendance at the meeting to present
your application and answer any questions the Council might have
in regard to it. If a representative is not present, the Board
will withhold action until a later date.
