Hall, Water System Manager enclosing correspondence relative to Old Dixie Highway Project. b) Letter to Dave Hinsa, Executive Director, Palm Beach County Municipal League pertaining to Countywide Traffic Performance Ordinance. 2 . April 24, 1990 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by Village Staff at 9 :30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss various matters within each Department. b ) Letter to Chris LeDew, Florida Department of Transportation, Traffic Operations, in connection with Village of Tequesta Downtown Master Plan for his information and review. 3 . April 25, 1990 a ) The Village hosted the Palm Beach County Municipal League Luncheon Meeting at the Village Hall Council Chambers commencing at 11 :00 A.M. a ) A Notice of Tequesta Downtown Development Task Force Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 30th was disseminated to the news media, Village Council and Task Force members. 4. April 26, 1990 a ) Letter to The Honorable William Dannahower, Mayor, City of Fort Pierce extending appreciation in conjunction with Tour of Downtown Fort Pierce. b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. , Village Attorney, enclosing copy of the proposed Interlocal Agreement for Fire-Rescue Services for his information and review. c ) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the Village Council at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. t .
